• Developing and tracking personalised EHCP progress and holistic outcomes
• Leading innovative, enrichment-focused interventions that go beyond traditional boundaries
• Modelling best-in-class behaviour strategies and inclusive classroom practice

Ideal SEN Teacher for this Ealing School:
• UK-trained, QTS-qualified SEN Teacher – mainstream or special school background
• Holds Good or Outstanding graded references with clear SEN impact
