Summary

Rate: £12.21

The role of the job:

· Unloading 40ft handball container with around 20kg needing palletising

· Lifting and shifting boxes

· Working in a cold, fridge environment (lifting and shifting cold products)

· General heavy lifting

Requirements of the individual

· Be able to complete heavy lifting tasks

· Good communication skills

· Good time management

· Work well in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment

· Please note that this is a VERY physical role, there is a lot of manual handling involved
