Role Description

Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? We are seeking an Employer Engagement & Placement Officer to join our team and play a key role in strengthening relationships with employers across West Lancashire and the Northwest.

In this dynamic role, you will be proactive in engaging with employers, building strong partnerships and generating new business for a range of employer-led provision. This includes, but is not limited to Apprenticeships, work experience opportunities and industry placements. You will use your excellent customer relationship skills to develop and maintain effective employer networks, ensuring high-quality opportunities for learners while supporting businesses with their skills and recruitment needs.
