Job Description:
As a Production Operative in our Packing Department, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-paced food production environment,
ensuring the seamless operation of our Hot-Pie production lines. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of
efficiency, quality, and hygiene while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Operative you will:
* Moving packed goods and pallets to the warehouse
* Moving empty trays from the ends of lines
* Replenishing stock to help with production lines.
* You will ensure that all trays, equipment, and your work area are kept clean and tidy.
* You will stack trays and baskets safely following sites processes.
* Ensure all Health and Safety and food safety regulations are followed and adhered to
* Undertake training to progress your ability and career!
Requirements:
* Basic English skills, able to communicate with those around you.
* Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions.
* You will be reliable, and hard-working and can work within a team in a very busy, fast-paced environment.
* Good attendance, flexibility to hours and being punctual.
* Willingness to learn and progress in your role.
