Personal Assistant
A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a 14-year-old girl living in the Llanishen area of Cardiff. I love music, drawing, puzzles and games. I have autism so I am non-verbal, I am sensitive to lights, noise and stimulation. I can only communicate a little bit. I really enjoy going to the park, beach, forest, picnic spots and for walks. I love pink and sparkles, my talents are music and drawing. I can go to the toilet by myself, and I can dress myself, however, sometimes I need a reminder to go. I may require some assistance with washing.
PURPOSE OF JOB
I am looking for a personal assistant to go on mini adventures with me, explore new and old places.
PLACE OF WORK
In my home and out in the community.
HOURS OF WORK
2 overnights per month from 3pm until 12noon the following day.
Total hours per overnight is 21 hours.
RATE OF PAY
£100.80 for an 8-hour night
£13.75 per day hour
TASKS INVOLVED
Activities such as going to the park, for walks and picnics.
Reading, crafting, music.
Meals and preparation.
Assist with some personal care tasks.
Household duties such as tidying up in my bedroom.
TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED
We are looking for a companion.
Someone who is smiley and happy.
Someone who is motivated.
Someone who is patient and understanding.
Someone who is physically able to climb a mountain and go for walks.
Someone who is always alert.
Someone who enjoys crafting, drawing and musical singing.
Someone who has a driving license and access to a vehicle desirable.
