Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager for our residential facility in Haslingden. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care and support for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the residential home in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead and support a team of care staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, maintaining a high standard of care.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively.
- Liaise with residents’ families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Handle recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in residential home management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in residential care.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Compassionate and dedicated to improving residents' quality of life.

Preferred Qualifications:

- NVQ Level 5.
- Experience in a similar role within the care sector.
