CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation in Bournemouth, who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their friendly finance team. Our client is currently open to both full time and reduced hours applications.

What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?

• Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Matching and processing purchase orders (POs)
• Performing supplier statement reconciliations
• Managing and resolving supplier queries promptly
• Setting up and preparing weekly payment runs
• Processing employee expenses
• Monitoring and maintaining the accounts payable inbox

Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant vacancy:

• Previous experience in similar accounts payable or purchase ledger role
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach
• Confident user of finance systems and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
