The Role

We are looking for a Same-Day Sales Representative to join our growing team.
In this role, you won’t just be selling a service; you’ll be providing a lifeline to businesses that need immediate transport solutions.
You will be responsible for identifying high-volume shippers, managing urgent "hot" leads, and ensuring our clients' most time-critical shipments are handled with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive Prospecting: Identify and onboard new clients across industries that rely on emergency or time-sensitive freight (e.g., Manufacturing, Healthcare, Print/Media).
Relationship Management: Build a "dedicated partner" status with your accounts so that we are their first call for every urgent requirement.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on capacity trends and competitor pricing to ensure our same-day offering remains dominant.

What We’re Looking For
someone comfortable making high-volume outbound calls?
some experience in transport, freight forwarding, or courier sales (preferred but not essential for the right personality).
Problem Solvers: You don't just see obstacles; you see routes around them. You can think on your feet when a client is in a "line-down" situation.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
