Location: Chalgrove, Oxfordshire | Salary: £26,700 + overtime
Shifts: Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–12pm
An established aerospace engineering company is looking for a skilled Pyro Assembly Operative to join their Pyro team in Chalgrove. This is a hands-on role where precision, safety, and quality are essential.
What you’ll do as a Pyro Assembly Operative:
Handle explosive components safely and accurately
Assemble parts to exact tolerances using specialised equipment
Read and follow assembly drawings and production documents
Carry out self-inspections and update SAP records
What we’re looking for:
Experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or similar industries
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow health & safety procedures
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Team player who can also work independently
