We are seeking a motivated Trainee Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to be trained on the job. You will assist with installations and support our experienced operatives in delivering quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced installers with day‑to‑day installation tasks
- Learn and follow company installation standards and procedures
- Carry tools and equipment to and from job sites
- Support the team with general hands‑on labour duties
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Communicate progress and update supervisors on task status
What We’re Looking For
- No previous installation experience required — training will be provided
- Strong desire to learn and develop new skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite as required
- Physically fit with the ability to handle manual tasks
- Positive attitude and a willingness to help where needed
