Crynodeb
We are looking for bank staff to join our team. You will work with children aged 9 months to 5 years in our busy and friendly setting based on the site of the Fordingbridge Infant and Junior School grounds. Assisting the Lead Practitioner and staff in providing a stimulating and varied programme of play and learning opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.

Employment Type:- Bank staff
Hours between 8am and 4pm, Mon to Fri, term time
(hours could extend if demand allows)
Closing Date for applications:- 13th February 2026
Start Date:- On completion of checks
This role is Bank staff to help cover staff absence but as we grow there is potential for hours to become more regular. Ideally we are looking for staff qualified in Early Years, level 2/3 in Children’s Care Learning and Development (or equivalent qualification) but will also consider experience in an Early Years setting.

• Passion and commitment for working in childcare
• Ability to work flexibly with different age groups
• Commitment to continual development and possible opportunities to work towards a qualification
• A good team player with good communication skills
• Self-motivation and enthusiasm
Desirable
• Good knowledge of the EYFS
• Experience working with babies (9 months+)
