Post Room Operatives / Porters play a key role in the site’s daily operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of organisation and accuracy.

This role requires professionalism and discretion when interacting with VIPs and building users, alongside a strong commitment to accuracy and service excellence.

You will work closely with ISS building users, customers, and operational support teams to ensure effective service delivery and uphold high operational standards.

The Role

Ensure names at collection points and pigeonholes in the post room are kept accurate and up to date.

Receive and distribute post, parcels, deliveries, and internal courier items to the correct recipients.

Manage all associated equipment, including franking machines and trolleys, in line with contractual specifications.

Load and unload vehicles attending the building, including supply partners and courier drivers.

Take responsibility for site stock, ensuring it is handled appropriately and managed carefully.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with company and statutory regulations.

Uphold health and safety values, maintaining a secure and safe environment at all times.

Work in line with company standards of accuracy and operational excellence.
