Summary
Head of Finance
Location: Berkshire (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite)
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Reporting to: CEO
Are you an experienced finance leader ready to take full ownership of the finance function?
The Role
As Head of Finance, you will:
- Lead the finance department and act as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports.
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deliver accurate, timely financial insights.
- Drive process improvements and support strategic decision-making to enable business growth.
About You
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Commercially astute with the confidence to challenge and influence at board level.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
