Summary

Your new company

Your new role
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you'll work 16-20 hours per week (approximately 4 hours per day, flexible on days and times). Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Handling timesheets for staff working on-site projects
  • Ensuring accuracy and timely input into the system
  • You'll play a key role in keeping the finance function running efficiently during busy months.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in purchase ledger or similar finance role
  • Confidence using Sage and workflow systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to manage hours across the week
