Summary

Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale, Band 8 Scale points 36 - 40 Actual salary: £13,578 - £14,723 per annum (FTE: £28,305 - £30,692) 21 hours per week (3 days) - Term Time Only, Permanent Required to start April 2026 We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Cover Supervisor who will oversee classes during the short term absences of teaching staff. Appropriate work will be provided and it will be your role to manage student behaviour and keep them focused and on task. We are looking for someone who is flexible, has a desire to work with young people and has a calm and authoritative manner. The post would be ideal for a graduate looking to become a qualified teacher in due course.Colonel Frank Seely Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust.
