Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school community in Horley. This role involves working closely with teachers to support classroom learning, providing additional assistance to pupils with individual needs, and helping with general school duties. Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) when required
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities
* Supervise and assist during break times and school outings
* Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment
Skills and Experience:

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

A compassionate, patient, and positive approach

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

A valid DBS certificate or willingness to apply for one

Previous experience supporting children in a school or similar setting

Experience in a Teaching Assistant role or working with children is desirable
