Summary

01/Dunlop/GR
Support Worker/Companion –13 hours/week (variable mornings and afternoons)
Hours will be discussed at interview stage flexibility required to suit the needs of the employer.
ROP: £12.60
Personal Assistant required to support a man who lives with his wife.
Applicants must be flexible regarding hours of work and be able to work extra hours in the event of the employers health deteriorating as he may require extra support. In future, hours may increase and you must also be willing to cover holidays / sickness for other members of staff.
Duties:
• taking the gentleman to appointments
• simple food preparation
• unloading shopping
• companionship
• general assistance with every day things
Experience / Qualifications Required:

A driver is essential and would be driving the employers are.
Experience of supporting adults would be beneficial but is not a requirement for this post.
Successful applicants will have to provide 2 references (one of which must be your current or most recent employer) and undergo a New PVG Disclosure at the employers cost.
