Summary
HRGO are currently recruiting a motivated and reliable Stock Operative on behalf of our client based in Chartham, just outside Canterbury. This is a key role within the warehouse, responsible for accurately tracking and recording stock movements.
The ideal candidate will be confident using computers - particularly Excel - and comfortable working night shifts . This is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent. Working hours are 7pm-5am, with some weekend work required. The rate of pay is £13.76 per hour .
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately monitor and manage stock levels within the warehouse
- Use Excel to record stock movements and maintain precise documentation
- Work closely with colleagues to improve stock processes and efficiency
- Ensure the warehouse remains organised and compliant with safety standards
- Provide support across other warehouse duties when required
What We're Looking For
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Flexibility to work night shifts (7pm-5am) and weekends when required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in stock control or warehouse operations is beneficial, but not essential
