Title: Maintenance Coordinator Work Planning and Scheduling team
Contract Type: Full time, Fixed Term Contract until October 2026, 35 hours per week
Salary: £30,445 per annum (London weighted salary)
Reporting Office: London, Stratford
Persona: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Join our Planning and scheduling Team at L&Q:
L&Q are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join the team on a fixed term contract. Reporting to the Operations Support Team Leader, you will work closely with the Work Planning and regional maintenance teams with links across the business area and across L&Q. You will be responsible for the back-office administration supporting the Direct Maintenance service delivery in this essential support function.
This is an opportunity to work alongside a highly motivated team in a role delivering professional and great customer service on a daily basis. Approaching tasks with determination to get a positive outcome for our residents. You will be part of a sizeable team, and will contribute actively to a positive working environment, following organisational values and Behavioural framework.
The team work on a rota basis Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday where required. Early shifts start at 7:30am and the latest finish time is 6.30pm.
Your impact in the role:
You will use a variety of systems to organise, plan and process data, providing relevant and current information for the Team. Accurate data entry and reporting will also be crucial to the role.
Daily Task will include: reviewing outstanding work orders to confirm their status, closing off old and duplicate orders on our IT systems, all admin task relating to Planning, adhoc planning as and when required
What you'll bring:
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including D365
Great organisational skills and strong administration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge and experience within a similar role
Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service
Be able to work independently and strive to deliver the service, bring ideas and efficiencies to the tasks
