Are you looking for an opportunity to lead and grow a wraparound provision within a supportive school community?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Wraparound Club Manager to lead a developing before-and-after-school provision, supporting school-aged children in a welcoming and engaging setting.
The Role
- Term-time only position
- 13.75 hours per week
- Working hours: 2:45pm–5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
(some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate) - Leadership and management of a small staff team
- Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
The Setting
- Based within a primary school environment
- Provides play, care, and enrichment activities for school-aged children
- Close working relationship with school staff and families
Can You Offer
- Commitment to delivering high-quality wraparound care
- Previous experience within a childcare, play work, or educational setting
- Management experience with the ability to lead and motivate a small team
- A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and statutory requirements
- Excellent communication skills when working with children, parents, and staff
- Ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate, and safe activities
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Play work (desirable) or willingness to work towards
- Food Hygiene, Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to undertake training)
