Payments for the £12,000 welcome payment will be made in the following£4,000 on joining the trust, a further £4,000 on 13th month of service and a final £4,000 payment on your 25th month of service. This welcome payment is only open to applicants joining us as afull-time or part-time permanentGeneral Radiology Consultant with a subspecialist interest. A relocation payment of up to £8,000 in addition is also on offer to applicants who are joining us as afull-time or part-time permanent. This is not open to locum/fixed term contacts.Payment for relocation is paid once you have commenced with the trust andis subject to relevant terms and conditions. ** **Both the welcome payment and assistance with relocation are subject to repayment clause should you leave the Trust within a three year period. The repayment terms would be included in the offer and contract of employment as follows:- If you leave within the first 12 months 100% to be repaid If you leave within 12 to 24 months 60% to be repaid If you leave within 24 to 36 months 30% to be repaid
