The Opportunity
The Teaching and Learning Administrator post offers a suitable challenge for someone seeking a fast-paced, hands-on role, supporting and driving the development of teaching and learning. You will plan and co-ordinate whole-college development activities, working with a range of people across the organisation, including Management and Human Resources.
Strong communication skills are key, as you will liaise with external stakeholders and manage the enrolment of candidates onto teacher training courses. You will also play an important role in ensuring smooth processes and accurate reporting, contributing to the success of teaching and learning initiatives across the college.
Our new Teaching and Learning Administrator will work with a variety of databases and systems, such as EBS, ProObserve, finance platforms, and Microsoft Teams. This will involve collating information for reporting purposes and providing feedback to the Teaching & Learning Coaches and Digital Transformation Team.

About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with external partners and supporting staff across the college. You should be comfortable using a range of systems and databases, with the ability to collate and present information accurately for reporting purposes.
You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team but also be confident managing tasks independently. Required
• Relevant Level 3 qualification
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)
• Experience in a clerical / administrative role
• Proficient in Windows based software including Word/Excel
• Knowledge of Management Information Systems
