We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated night team. In this role, you will take responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents during night hours, while providing leadership and support to care staff. You will ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night, respond effectively to changing needs, and maintain accurate records in line with care plans and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
-Lead and inspire committed care assistants.
-Administer medication.
-Maintain clear and accurate records.
-Ensure the safety and comfort of residents.
-Provide personal care as and when needed.
-Adhere to clients' care plans and risk assessments.
-Assisting our residents as necessary.
-Being competent in dealing with emergency situations.
