What you’ll do:
• Prospect and win new clients
• Manage the full sales cycle
• Produce proposals & quotes
• Attend client meetings, events & exhibitions
• Keep Salesforce updated
Targets & Commission:
• ~40 outreach activities per day
• £30k quarterly target
• Tiered commission starting at 10% (next tier at £45k)
• All new‑business revenue stays in your pot for 12 months before handover
