We mainly deliver teaching in Birmingham, but also at our Aston London Campus and through online programmes. As part of our growth strategy, we have expanded our London teaching portfolio.

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Teaching Fellow in Business Management to support and enhance our Aston London teaching provision. This role is primarily teaching-focused and will contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Strategic Management, Leadership, and Management Consultancy. The postholder will be based in London, with occasional contribution to Birmingham-based teaching as required.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in a relevant Business or Management discipline and demonstrate clear subject expertise in areas such as Strategic Management, Leadership, or Management Consultancy. You will have experience of teaching and assessing within a degree programme to high standards, with demonstrable impact on student learning. Experience of teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level is also required. Experience of supervising undergraduate and/or postgraduate dissertation projects is essential, alongside the ability to maintain a visible and professional on-site presence at Aston London, with reasonable adjustments provided where required.

The postholder will report to the Head of the Leadership and Management Department.
