Summary

Key Stage 2 (KS2) Class Teacher

Location: Horsham (West Sussex)
Start: ASAP / April
Salary: MPS1 - UPS3 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Permanent

A well-organised and inclusive Primary School in West Sussex is seeking a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join their team. This role is suitable for experienced teachers or ECTs who are passionate about high-quality teaching, pupil progress and creating engaging learning experiences.

The school promotes a collaborative culture, high expectations and a broad, enriched curriculum that supports pupils’ academic and personal development.

The Role:
- Full-time KS2 Class Teacher
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
- Creating a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils’ progress, confidence and independence
- Working closely with colleagues, leaders and families

The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS (or be working towards QTS as an ECT)
- Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Be confident delivering a broad and balanced curriculum
- Be committed to inclusion, safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
- Be reflective and keen to develop professionally

Requirements:
- QTS (or pending QTS for ECTs)
