Salary: MPS1 – UPS3 (Dependant on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
A welcoming and forward-thinking Primary School in Horsham, West Sussex is seeking a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join their team. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching within a supportive school environment.

The Role:
- Full-time KS1 Class Teacher
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and senior leaders
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS (or be working towards QTS as an ECT)
- Have a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Be reflective, enthusiastic and committed to professional development
- Share the school’s values and commitment to inclusive education
