Are you a Chef de Partie looking to refine your craft in a high-end, luxury hospitality environment? We are recruiting two exceptional Chef de Partie professionals to join our prestigious operation in Colnbrook, working 40 hours per week across 5 days out of 7.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and skilled chefs to join a prestigious, refined kitchen operation, delivering exceptional dining experiences in a luxury setting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running your own section to the highest standards during preparation and service
- Delivering consistent excellence in food quality, presentation and portion control
- Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef in a luxury, detail-driven environment
- Supporting and mentoring junior chefs within the brigade
- Maintaining full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising food waste
- Contributing creative input during menu development and tastings
What you’ll bring:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef within luxury hotels, fine dining or high-end hospitality
- Confidence running a section independently in a quality-focused kitchen
- A passion for modern, seasonal cuisine and refined presentation
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A professional, positive and team-oriented attitude
