Summary
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Execute and monitor multi-channel advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Search, local radio, and out-of-home billboards).
Budget Oversight: Manage the monthly advertising spend, ensuring a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and keeping acquisition costs for our bakery delivery service low.
Partner & Media Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for media vendors, influencers, and local community partners. Negotiate rates for ad placements and sponsorships.
Performance Analysis: Provide weekly reports on campaign performance. You’ll be expected to dive into the data to see which "Jerk Chicken" ad or "Hardo Bread" promo is actually driving sales.
Local Store Marketing (LSM): Work with individual branch managers to create hyper-local ads that drive foot traffic during slow periods (e.g., midweek lunch specials).
Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure ad copy and visuals are optimized for different platforms and audiences.
Qualifications & Skills Required
The Experience: 1 year in Account Management or Media Planning, preferably within an agency or a fast-paced retail/hospitality brand.
The Strategist: Proven experience managing digital ad accounts (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) and an understanding of SEO/SEM.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to explain complex data to stakeholders who may not be "tech-savvy."
Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Afro-Caribbean consumer landscape and how to reach diverse audiences effectively.
Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel (data pivot tables are your friend), and project management software like Monday.com or Asana.
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
