Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Farm Worker to join the team at our Pick Your Own farm in Esher, Surrey (United Kingdom).
Applicants must be UK residents or eligible to work in the UK.
This role is offered on a temporary, full time contract from the end of March 2026 until early November 2026. Overtime and weekend working will also be required, so individuals must be motivated to work longer hours.
The responsibilities of the role are varied and include planting fruit and vegetable crops into the ground and on table tops. Picking fruit and harvesting other vegetables for our farm shop. Skinning tunnels with plastic. Laying out and lifting fleece on crops. Weeding and general maintenance of crops. Some irrigation work setting up pipes, when required.
The role demands a strong physical ability, as it involves manual tasks and some heavy lifting. Individuals who are taller in stature is also an advantage, e.g., working on covering tunnels.
On-site shared accommodation could be available, at an agreed rate.
