Responsibilities
Conduct site assessments and evaluations for commercial projects.
Design and implement effective engineering solutions across various disciplines.
Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and timelines.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including engineering reports and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any issues that arise.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
Proven experience in commercial engineering projects with a multi-discipline background.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical information clearly.
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Proficient in engineering software and tools relevant to multiple disciplines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
