Role Responsibilities
- Carrying out shot blasting of steelwork, pipework, and fabricated components to required specifications
- Operating blasting equipment safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards
- Preparing surfaces for coating, ensuring quality and consistency
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Adhering to all company health & safety procedures and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- FLT licence would be preferred
- Proven experience as an industrial shot blaster
- Strong understanding of blasting techniques, surface preparation standards, and equipment operation
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Must live locally or be able to commute reliably to Ellesmere Port
