Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive multi-franchised dealership in the Epsom area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £38,000 per annum
- Potential OTE of £42,000 with performance-related bonus of £4,000
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5.30pm
- No weekend work required

Duties:
- Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Requirements:
- Have a previous working experience within a similar role
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are: 8 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday only
The Salary being offered up to £38,000 with OTE £42,000.
