Are you a creative, proactive marketer looking for your next step? We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to join a fast-moving, consumer-focused business. This is a hands-on role, working directly with the Director, delivering campaigns end-to-end, and making a real impact across the marketing function. What you’ll do:
- Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, video, and other digital channels
- Produce promotional content, including graphics, copy, and short-form videos
- Manage email marketing campaigns, tracking results and optimising performance
- Support brand awareness initiatives and B2C marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the Director to plan marketing calendars, priorities, and campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Handle multiple projects independently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2C or consumer-focused businesses
- Confident creating and delivering campaigns without needing a team to do the work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid experience with email marketing platforms, social media management, and basic video/graphic content creation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while taking direction from the Director
- Creative, organised, and proactive with a ‘get it done’ attitude
