Following the retirement of our Headteacher, the Trustees of PHMAT and the Governors of Stanley Road Primary School are seeking to appoint adynamic, inspirational, and highly effective leaderto lead our school into its next chapter.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader who is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children and committed to delivering excellence for all.
The Role
As Headteacher, you will provide strong strategic leadership and vision, building on the school’s existing strengths while driving continuous improvement. You will lead, motivate, and inspire staff, pupils, and governors, ensuring that every child receives an exceptional educational experience where they are supported, challenged, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

• An outstanding senior leader with a proven track record of excellence in educational leadership
• Experienced in leading and managing highly effective teams
• Passionate about high-quality teaching and learning and maintaining the highest standards
• Skilled in embedding a culture of continuous improvement
• Organised, resilient, flexible, and able to manage competing priorities effectively
• Committed to the wellbeing and pastoral care of pupils, staff, and the wider school community
• An inspirational leader who can work collaboratively with governors, trust executive team and trust wide leaders.
