Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, together with the Local Governing Board of Roche Primary School, are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and dedicated Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, passionate and committed to providing the very best for our children, with a desire to continue developing their own teaching practice.

This is a full time, fixed term position until the end of the summer 2026 and could potentially lead to a full time position at Roche School or within the Trust.

Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners across a range of abilities.

Create engaging classroom experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.

Use adaptive teaching approaches to ensure every pupil is supported and challenged appropriately.

Work closely with colleagues, including teaching assistants and specialist staff, to provide targeted support and interventions where needed.

Contribute actively to the wider life of the school, leading enrichment opportunities and promoting our values across the community.

Reflect on and develop your practice within a trust that values collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
