Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an excellent KS2 Teaching Assistant who:

• Can inspire, motivate and make learning fun

• Has experience of working within a school setting

• Has experience of working with children to develop skills and support children’s learning

• Demonstrates excellent inclusive practice

• Demonstrates evidence of working successfully with children with additional needs

• Is highly organised, flexible and self reliant

• Shows commitment to the enrichment of the curriculum and collaboration with the local community

• Has excellent communication and IT skills to engage effectively with pupils, parents and carers, governors, staff and

the wider community

• Is a great team player who can work closely with staff and children across the school and across the Trust

The afternoons will be specifically working with children who have an EHCP.
