Summary
Immediate Start! Monday – Friday! Early Starts, Early Finish
As a refuse loader you will work as part of a team making the residential and commercial garden waste, glass, and general waste collections. You will be in teams of 3-4 loaders and will be responsible for safely loading and unloading of the trucks. The ability to work in a team and be able to walk and do manual work is therefore essential!
We would like to hear from anyone with the following:
- A great work ethic
- Suitable outdoor clothing
- Physically able to lift over 10kg
- Great customer service
- The ability to work well within a team
- Own transport would be ideal due to early start times.
Experience is not required for this role as training will be provided.
this is a long term role
Days will start at 05:45 and expect to finish by 14:00, Monday to Friday
£12.21 is the hourly rate PAYE with 28 days holiday per rota, Overtime after 8 hours each day, and Saturdays, are paid at £18.32
After you complete probation you should see a pay rise to £13.09 for your first 8 hours, then £19.63 for overtime and Saturdays
