Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Swaffham – £21 per hour – Full-Time Days

What You’ll Need
Essential
- NMC registration as RGN or RMN
- Proven experience in a nursing home or similar care environment
- Confidence managing clinical responsibility on day shifts
- Strong understanding of dementia and complex care needs
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and documentation
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with care plans
- Complete clinical assessments and contribute to ongoing care planning
- Administer medication and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor residents’ condition and respond to changes promptly
- Maintain clear, compliant clinical records
- Work collaboratively with care staff, GPs, and other professionals
- Communicate clearly and calmly with residents’ families
