We’re currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator (home based) to support our recruitment team who manage all permanent and FTC recruitment across our multiple sites throughout the UK. The Role: It’s an exciting time at Aurora as we are rapidly expanding our services and quickly growing in size. To support this growth; we’ve built a central resourcing function to manage a large number of vacancies (principally in the care and education space). You will work closely with one of our Recruitment Partners and your role will be to support them with direct attraction of candidates; involving the advertising of roles; searching for candidate on job boards; promoting and articulating our roles to candidate, maintaining our ATS, shortlisting and arranging telephone and face to face interviews. You will also be required to cover your Recruitment Partner during periods of leave.Whilst highly desirable; experience of recruitment in the care and/or education sector isn’t essential.
