Summary
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic Organisational Development plans and initiatives to meet the organisational needs of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. To support and advise the national and regional policy and interpretation locally and highlight best practice initiatives and approaches that support Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust organisational development. To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of strategic Organisational Development plans and initiatives within allocated division, ensuring their refinement to achieve continual improvement. Develop, lead, implement, evaluate and deliver training on the NHSE Code of Practice together with agreed CWPT inclusions, modelling its values of respect, excellence, integrity, collaboration and compassion Implement and maintain self-assessment, appraisal and 360 tools aligned to the NHSE Management and Leadership standards, with associated guidance and support. Attend training around the Management and Leadership Development standards to support all managers Promote and monitor the refreshed NHS Leadership Academy programmes For more information please read the Job Description
