Customer Support Coordinator
Telford – Office based
- Full time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
- £24,000 - £26,000 per annum DOE

What you’ll be doing
Customer support & service:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer support queries
- Handle billing queries, service changes, faults and complaints
- Deliver professional, responsive B2B customer service
Problem-solving & coordination:
- Provide first-line technical support and resolve common issues
- Liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers
- Take ownership of issues through to resolution
Customer experience & growth:
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and services
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous B2B customer service or customer support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence handling multiple customer queries across channels
- A proactive, positive and customer-first mindset
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
