Summary
We are looking for a nursery chef to plan, prepare, and serve nutritious, balanced meals for young children in line with dietary requirements, food safety standards, and nursery policies.

Responsibilities of a Nursery chef
• Prepare fresh, healthy, and age-appropriate meals and snacks
• Cater for special dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural needs
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in line with HACCP and food safety regulations
• Manage food stock, ordering, and storage efficiently
• Keep accurate records relating to allergens, temperatures, and cleaning schedules
• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean, safe, and well organised

• Experience working in an early years or childcare environment
• Passion for healthy cooking and child nutrition
• Friendly, reliable, and organised approach
• Level 3 Food Safety or equivalent
