Crynodeb
To coordinate and oversee the end-to-end production workflow, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource and inventory management, and timely delivery of finished goods. The Production Planner will work closely with suppliers and internal departments to meet customer delivery commitments while maintaining optimum use of plant resources.
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate all production work across the manufacturing facility.
• Manage day-to-day production jobs, ensuring efficient use of equipment, materials, and labour.
• Liaise with Sales, Manufacturing, and Stores to maintain clear communication on job progress and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and plan for raw materials, packaging, and consumables to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep workflow systems and production records accurate and up to date.
• Ensure all production lines are stocked with the correct materials.
• Communicate any delays, shortages, or backlogs to management promptly
