DAY SHIFT FLT COUNTERBALANCE DRIVER - LENWADE (NR9) - £14.00 per hour

Our client is looking for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join the day shift team at a busy UPVC recycling facility in Lenwade (NR9).
This is a physically demanding role in a loud, dusty, and dirty environment, involving forklift operation, machine setting, and quality control (QC) checks.
Shift Details:- Monday to Friday
- 07:00 - 19:00 Monday - Thursday, 07:00 - 15:00 Friday
- Location: Lenwade, NR9 (own transport essential due to rural location)
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT to move large bags of recycled UPVC materials
- Setting and adjusting machinery as required for production
- Performing basic quality control (QC) checks to ensure product standards
- Loading/unloading materials and supporting general yard operations
- Working in a noisy, dusty, and dirty industrial environment
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR or similar)
- Previous experience in a similar industrial, recycling, or production environment
- Comfortable with machine setting and basic QC processes (training provided)
- Physically fit and prepared for manual work in occasionally challenging conditions
- Must have own transport due to site location and shift hours
- £14.00 per hour
- Weekly pay (PAYE)
- Ongoing, long-term work
- Full PPE provided
- Training and support from experienced team leaders
