Ready to take your mechanical skills to the next level? We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Fitter to join a busy industrial maintenance team in Uddingston. This is a temp-to-perm role, giving you the chance to secure a long-term position while working on challenging, heavy-industry machinery.

What You'll Bring
- Qualified Mechanical Fitter with hands-on experience
- Competent in repairs on pumps, valves, pipework, and heavy machinery
- Safety-conscious with a strong understanding of RAMS and Health & Safety rules
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Strong communicator, confident liaising with the maintenance team
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Safety Passport (desirable - training can be provided)
