Position Overview:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioral support. Your role will involve developing positive relationships, implementing tailored strategies, and creating a nurturing environment to promote pupils' well-being and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with SEMH needs to access learning and develop social skills
• Implement individualised behaviour management strategies
• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals
• Monitor and record pupil progress and behaviour interventions
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional resilience

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with SEMH pupils or in a similar support role
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
• Empathetic, patient, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff
• Flexible, proactive, and resilient attitude
