Summary

The successful PE Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for KS5 depending on experience. You will inspire pupils to develop physical skills, confidence, resilience and a lifelong interest in sport and wellbeing.

You will be expected to act as a positive role model, maintain high professional standards and contribute to the wider life of the school.

The successful PE Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  
  

• A degree in Physical Education or a related subject

  
  

• Experience teaching PE at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)

  
  

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  
  

• Ability to plan, deliver and assess engaging PE lessons

  
  

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

  
  

• A commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusion
