Summary
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of Secondary Schools across Nottingham, supporting them with the recruitment of enthusiastic and committed PE Teachers. The successful PE Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for KS5 depending on experience. You will inspire pupils to develop physical skills, confidence, resilience and a lifelong interest in sport and wellbeing.
You will be expected to act as a positive role model, maintain high professional standards and contribute to the wider life of the school.
The successful PE Teacher will have:-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

A degree in Physical Education or a related subject

Experience teaching PE at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Ability to plan, deliver and assess engaging PE lessons

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusion
