Summary
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a well-established, professional workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with modern vehicles and diagnostic equipment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality servicing and repairs, while contributing to outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Servicing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with manufacturer standards
Accurately diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
Completing job cards and service documentation efficiently and accurately
Working closely with the wider workshop team
Delivering high-quality workmanship to support customer retention
Skills & Experience Required
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own tools
Full UK driving licence
Professional attitude with pride in getting the job right first time
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary
£32,000 – £45,000 per year, depending on experience
1–2 years’ experience: £32,000 – £35,000
2–5 years’ experience: £35,000 – £40,000
5+ years’ experience: up to £45,000
