Koala North West have been successfully supporting families for 25 years and we are looking for someone to join our team as the Family Toolbox Website Administrator
The role is 30 hours per week – days and times to be discussed at interview
The salary is £20,982 per year – which meets the Real Living Wage standard
Purposes of the job:
- To maintain and update the Family Toolbox website by inputting and amending information, ensuring accuracy and relevance through regular checks and communication with partner organisations.
Main Duties
- Input and update content on the Family Toolbox website in line with organisational standards.
- Conduct regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Contact partner organisations regularly to confirm details and update information as required.
- Ensure all website content aligns with the Family Toolbox mission, brand, and accessibility standards.
- Report any technical issues to the appropriate support team and follow up until resolved.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations when handling information.
The post holder may be required to undertake any other duties that fall within the nature of the role and responsibilities of the post as detailed above.
